Does the app sync with the website and work offline?
The apps and website share one account, so a change shows everywhere when you open or refresh. They need internet; nothing is stored for offline use.
Free vs. Pro — what's the difference?
Free covers income, bills, assets, debts, and goals. Pro adds retirement projections, businesses, and Beth, your AI assistant, for $9/mo or $90/yr.
Get help while using Beyond Payday

Import your data
Import personal bills, assets, and debts from a CSV, TSV, or XLSX table. Match columns, check values, and choose which valid rows to save.
Install the Beyond Payday app on iPhone, iPad or Android
Open the app listing for your phone from the links below, then sign in with your existing account. Your data is the same as on the website.
Install the Beyond Payday app on Windows
When the Windows listing is available, install the app from its store link on the Beyond Payday website to get a Start menu icon. Sign in with your usual account; your data is the same.
See what's new in Beyond Payday
The What's New page lists Beyond Payday improvements and fixes as they go live, newest first. You can also choose to get them by email.
Set up your account
Sign up from the US, verify your email, then use the Setup Guide checklist to add your birthday, income, bills, assets, debts, and invite your spouse.
Switch between light and dark mode
Go to Settings and change Appearance to Light, Dark or System. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to every device you sign in on.
Use the spreadsheet view for bulk data entry
Switch Bills, Debts, Assets, or a business page to Spreadsheet mode for fast, Excel-style bulk entry with keyboard nav, paste, and fill-down.
What happens when a record is changed somewhere else
Beyond Payday never lets one edit silently overwrite another. If a record changed since you opened it, your save is held back so you can review and try again.
