Beyond Payday has three built-in ways to get help. Page Guide explains the page you're on. Help in the sidebar opens this help center. Contact in the sidebar sends a message to the Beyond Payday team.

Steps

Read the guide for the page you're on

  1. Open any main page, such as Bills (opens in a new tab) or Dashboard (opens in a new tab).
  2. Select Page Guide next to the page title. On a phone the button says Guide.
  3. Read How It Works for the page's features. Terminology defines the terms the page uses. Some pages also have Use Cases with example households.

Search the help center

  1. In the sidebar, select Help at the bottom, next to Settings.
  2. Search or browse the articles by category.

Send the team a message

  1. In the sidebar, select Contact.
  2. In the Contact Us window, pick a Category, then fill in Subject and Message.
  3. Select Send Message.

Your name and email come from your account, so you don't need to type them.

Good to know

  • Contact works on every plan. Pro members see a note that their request is prioritized.
  • If you can't sign in, you can't use the in-app Contact button. Use the contact page at /contact (opens in a new tab) instead.
  • Pro members can also Ask Beth, your AI assistant, questions about the current page and their own numbers. See Ask Beth about your finances.
