A bill tracker app that puts your bills on a calendar
List your bills once — rent, phone, insurance, subscriptions. See them on a calendar next to your paydays, get an email the day before one is due if you want it, and see what is left over after bills.
The Bills page is on the Free plan. No card, no bank login, no limit on bills.
Bill calendar
See your bills by due date, next to your paydays.
The Calendar tab marks each day a bill is due in red and each payday from the income you enter in green. Tap a day to see what is due.

A bill organizer that keeps it simple
Each bill is a name, an amount and a few plain questions. Type them in one at a time, use the spreadsheet grid, or import a CSV or .xlsx spreadsheet file.
When it is due
The day of the month it is due. For a yearly or twice-a-year bill, you also pick the month.
How often
Monthly, twice a year (Bi-Annually) or once a year (Annual). A weekly cost can go in as its monthly total.
How you pay it
From an account, on a credit card, in cash, or “varies”. The calendar can then show just the bills paid from one account.
Need or want
Mark each bill as a need or a want, and group the list by category, need or want, frequency or whose bill it is.
How much can I spend before payday?
There is no single safe-to-spend number. There are two honest views instead.
- Money Left Over. On the dashboard: what is left after all bills and taxes, shown per week, every two weeks, twice a month or per month. It is an even average, not tied to your actual paydays.
- Money in and out. A date-by-date forecast of your account balances, up to a year ahead, from the income, bills and balances you have entered. It shows your lowest cash point, so a tight week is visible before it arrives.
Show through
- Now · Starting balance$2,400
- Week 2 · Rent, utilities$1,850
- Week 3 · Paycheck lands$3,100
- Week 4 · Annual insurance premium−$320
- Week 6 · Paycheck lands$900
Short by $320 in week 4, three weeks before it happens.
Reminders

The honest trade-offs
What this bill tracker does not do, so there are no surprises.
Three repeat options
Bills repeat monthly, twice a year or once a year. There is no weekly or every-two-weeks bill; enter a weekly cost as its monthly total.
Recurring bills only
The Bills page is for what you pay regularly — rent, utilities, subscriptions. It is not a list of one-off purchases.
No bank connection
Beyond Payday never asks for a bank login, so it cannot see when a bill was actually paid. You enter the bills, and you update them when they change.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the bill tracker free?
- Yes. The Bills page, the bill calendar, bill reminders, the cash-flow view and Save money are all on the Free plan, with no limit on the number of bills. Splitting a bill with a business is part of business tracking, which is Pro.
- Does it have a bill calendar?
- Yes. The Bills page has a Calendar tab: a month view with a red dot on each day a bill is due and a green dot on each payday from the income you enter. Tap a day to see what is due and what is coming in. A This Month tab lists the same bills and income by date.
- Can I add weekly or every-two-weeks bills?
- No. Bills can be Monthly, Bi-Annually or Annual. For a weekly cost, enter its monthly total as a Monthly bill. The app can then show your bill totals per day, week, two weeks or month.
- Will it remind me before a bill is due?
- If you turn it on. Bill Due Reminders send an email the day before each bill is due. Reminders are off until you switch them on in Settings. The household owner and spouse can each turn them on for their own email; children do not get them.
- How much can I spend before payday?
- Beyond Payday does not give a single safe-to-spend number. Money Left Over on the dashboard shows what is left after all bills and taxes, per week, every two weeks or per month — an even average, not tied to your actual paydays. Money in and out projects your account balances date by date and shows your lowest cash point. Both are estimates from the numbers you enter.
- Does it connect to my bank?
- No. There is no bank connection. You type your bills in, use the spreadsheet grid, or import a CSV or .xlsx spreadsheet file.
- Can I try it without signing up?
- Yes. The live demo has the Bills page, including the Calendar tab, with sample households.

Beyond Payday is for informational purposes only and is not personalized financial advice. Money Left Over and the cash-flow forecast are estimates built from the bills, income and balances you enter, not guarantees. Beyond Payday does not pay bills, contact your providers or see your bank account; reminders are a convenience, and the due dates are the ones you enter.
