The Display section in Settings (opens in a new tab) changes how Beyond Payday fits your screen. Both settings are saved on this device only.

Steps

  1. Open Settings (opens in a new tab). The link is at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Find Display at the bottom of the Application Settings card.
  3. Pick a Content width: Standard, Wide or Fill window.
  4. In the apps, use − and + next to Zoom, or Reset to 100%.

Changes apply right away. You don't need to save.

How it works

  • Content width only matters on big screens. Standard keeps pages a comfortable width. Wide and Fill window use more of a large monitor.
  • Zoom makes everything bigger or smaller. In the iPhone, iPad and Mac app, pages rearrange to fit, the same way zooming works in Safari. Update the app if Zoom stops at 150%.
  • On a Mac, you can also press Cmd +, Cmd - and Cmd 0, or use the View menu.
  • Settings that are only on one device don't follow you to others, so pick what suits each screen.

FAQ

Why don't I see Content width? It shows on screens about 1600 pixels wide or more. On smaller screens, pages already use the full width, so it would do nothing.

Why don't I see Zoom in my browser? Browsers have their own zoom. Press Cmd + or Ctrl + (or use your browser's menu). Zoom in Settings is for the phone, iPad and Mac apps.

Does this change things for my family? No. Both are saved on the device you change them on, not your account.
