Privacy & Security
Control your data, privacy mode, and account security.
Grant staff temporary access to your numbers
Staff never see your real figures by default. Approve a named, time-limited grant from Settings, watch the audit log, and revoke it anytime.
How Beyond Payday protects your data
Beyond Payday never asks for bank credentials, never sells your data, encrypts your connection, and lets the account owner permanently delete everything.
I can't sign in
Can't sign in? Check which method you signed up with, reset your password, use a backup code if you lost your authenticator, or contact us for help.
I got a "New sign-in" email
Beyond Payday emails you when someone signs in from a location or device it hasn't seen recently. If it was you, do nothing. If not, reset your password.
Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint
In the Beyond Payday phone app, go to Settings › Security and turn on App lock to require Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint each time you open the app.
Reset a forgotten password
Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the login page, open the emailed link within 1 hour, and set a new password of at least 8 characters.
Sign in with a passkey
Add a passkey in Settings → Security, then sign in with Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key instead of typing your email and password.
Turn analytics cookies on or off
Turn analytics cookies on or off for your device in Settings > Privacy. They cover anonymous usage stats and ad measurement, never your financial data.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security: scan a QR code with an authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code, and save your backup codes.
Why Beyond Payday doesn't connect to your bank
Beyond Payday skips bank-linking services like Plaid on purpose — manual entry means no shared bank credentials, no broken syncs, and full control.
