A family invite is an email link that adds you to someone's Beyond Payday household. Open the link, then sign in or create an account. Once it's accepted, you land on the family's dashboard with the access the owner chose for you.
Steps
- Open the invite email and click its link. You'll see the Accept Invitation page, with the email the invite was sent to under Invitation for:.
- Click Sign In if you already have a Beyond Payday account, or Create Account if you don't.
- After you sign in, Beyond Payday accepts the invite for you. You'll see Invitation Accepted! and then go to your dashboard.
How it works
- The invite link carries a one-time token. Having it proves you got the email, so your email is verified as part of accepting.
- Your role (spouse or child) and access level were set by the family owner when they added you. See Set permissions for family members.
- There's no charge to join. The family's one subscription covers everyone.
Good to know
- If you see Invitation Error saying the invite is invalid or expired, the link is more than 7 days old or was revoked. Ask the person who invited you to choose Resend Invite from their family list.
- If you're already in that family, you'll see "User is already a member of this family".
