# Beyond Payday Beyond Payday is household money and retirement planning. Know what's left. Plan what's next. For life after payday. And life after paychecks. It tracks your income, bills, debts, and net worth and models retirement month by month up to age 100. Free plan, Pro at $9/month. > Household money and retirement planning for Americans who want the big picture without the busywork. There is no bank linking of any kind. People enter their own numbers, import a spreadsheet, or scan a paystub. It never asks for bank logins or passwords. Beyond Payday is US-only. It runs on the web and as apps for iPhone and iPad (App Store, also on Mac), Android (Google Play) and Windows (Microsoft Store), all on one account. An internet connection is needed. Sign in with email and password, Google or Apple. The app calculates net worth, monthly money available, and retirement projections. Getting started with a paycheck and a few bills takes about 20 minutes; a complete picture takes about an evening. After that, about 15 minutes a month keeps it current. There is a free tier and a Pro tier at $9/month ($90/year). It makes money only from Pro subscriptions: no ads, no selling data, no referral fees. ## Key Features - **Income tracking**: Multiple income sources per earner, frequency handling, net/gross - **Bill tracking**: Recurring bills categorized as needs vs. wants, with toggle on/off for what-if scenarios - **Asset tracking**: Investment accounts, home equity, savings, retirement accounts (401k, IRA, HSA) - **Debt tracking**: Mortgages, car loans, credit cards with interest rates and payoff timelines - **Net worth**: Calculated automatically from assets minus debts, with historical snapshots - **Retirement projections**: Month-by-month modeling using savings rate, expected returns, Social Security estimates at any claiming age from 62 to 70 for you and your spouse or partner, pension support, and Monte Carlo stress testing - **What-if scenarios**: Toggle income sources or bills on/off to model financial decisions - **Debt payoff planner**: Avalanche vs snowball comparison with extra-payment analysis on the free Debt Payoff Planner page - **Business tracking**: Separate income/expense tracking for side businesses and LLCs (Pro) - **AI assistant**: Chat interface that reads your data to answer questions.
